We visited here with family members over the Christmas period and were not disappointed. There were 12 of us, and the staff could not be more helpful. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was lovely, and very yummy! The pub was very busy, yet the food still remained exceptional

This is our second Christmas visit to this pub. 9 of us had a variety of dishes from the Christmas menu all food arrived beautifully cooked. The service was attentive but unobtrusive. I would highly recommend this pub to everyone.

For the Book Club Christmas celebration meal the Grantley put us in their charming private dining room. Given it was the end of November, the atmosphere was seasonally convivial with Christmas decorations and there was a roaring fire in the wood burner. The staff were helpful and friendly. The 3 course Christmas menu food was very good
